During embedded world Exhibition & Conference 2012 the electronic displays Conference 2012 will be held on February 29 - March 1, 2012. This conference is the established event for the dialogue and discussion between developers, researchers, users, distributors and manufacturers in the field of electronic displays. Among the conference’s topics are the latest display technologies as well as the integration of displays into a system or display driver technologies.
In addition to a comprehensive schedule of technical paper presentations, author interviews were provided along with intensive discussions and contacts with the attendees.

Review electronic displays Conference 2011
In 2011 well some 230 display specialists came together early March for Europe's largest display conference dedicated to applications of displays.
The 25th electronic display conference saw many highlights: Two keynotes on future technologies and trends on OLED and LCDs and, to mention only a few, E-paper displays and display systems with ANDROID. But the electronic displays Conference also saw many interesting presentations on the "traditional" topics like LCD and OLED displays, industrial applications, touch and 3D technologies as well as a major part on display driving and interfacing ranging from hardware over software to systems.

ROBERT BOSCH Student Paper Award 2011
Steffen Hoehla, University of Stuttgart received the ROBERT BOSCH Student Paper Award for his thesis "Active matrix color LCDs on ultra-thin glass substrates".
